Donka's Mobile Rambles

Time for a rant now. I have moved house and put in a request for my ADSL to be moved to the new phone line in the process. After a couple of weeks without an update, I chased this up to find there was no available capacity at the local exchange. Given that I have only moved a couple of streets away and I am still connected to the same exchange, I have found this a very frustrating time. What it means at the moment is that I am unable to access the web from home or to upload any images to my web space. I will need to remain patient until BT has upgraded the exchange but as it stands, I have now been without broadband at home for over a month now. Why is technology so unforgiving at times or has BT got a separate agenda with me?
